Video Summary

Findings from the review of the Hyundai Ioniq 6:
*   This is a 2024 Ioniq 6 SE rear-wheel drive, with the big battery and smallest wheels for the biggest range.
*   The car was rated for 360 miles of EPA range when purchased, but for the 2025 model year, the range dropped to 340 miles.
*   It is the most efficient version of the Ioniq 6.
*   The design is highly rated.
*   The ultimate red color is a plus.
*   The car has been problem-free.
*   Total miles put on the car is 3500.
*   The average was 4.2 miles per kilowatt-hour for a drive from Boston to Connecticut.
*   The overall efficiency after the first 3400 miles has been 3.9 miles per kilowatt-hour.
*   Battery degradation has been tested and is about 0.7%.
*   Living in the city so little road-tripping has been conducted in this vehicle.
*   In terms of lease deals this was an insane price. Marketed at $230 per month all in is $320 for this car.
*   The Hyundai Ioniq 6 is about almost double what is paid for this car; it's defintiely not twice the car that this base Ioniq 6 is.
*   Maintenance is minimal, only tire pressure checked and windshield washer fluid added.
*   The tires are practically new.
*   The car can’t be equipped with a trailer hitch in the USA.

*   Side and rear windows can be tinted.

*   Headlights are excellent.
*   Some issues arise from front ultrasonic sensors being overly sensitive, as well as small paint chips.
*   With HDA, the automatic emergency braking and lane-keeping work excellently.
*   Not a fan of Auto regenerative breaking setting.
*   Not a fan of hard all plastic material in the back seats.
*   There is no ambient lighting; the whole area looks like a black void.
*    Doesn't think back seat is comfortable; feels that the arm rests could use a little bit more padding.
* There is a good degree of head room in back seat, to make you more comfortable.
*   Rear seating passenger ports for USB chargers and the central cup holder.

*   The overall conclusion is positive: really loves this car.
*   It will be sad to turn this one in next April.
