The Q8 e-tron has new styling, a larger battery, and faster charging. It has dual motors with a combined output of 300kW and 664Nm, claiming a 0-100km/h time of 5.6 seconds in boost mode.Battery update is 114kWh gross or 106kWh usable. The base 55 wagon comes with 20-inch wheels, regular air suspension, regular body styling, and leather interior trim. For those who want more, there is the Launch Edition, which is available for about 6 months after release. It gets larger 21-inch wheels, black highlights, specific seats, and quilted leather trim. Lastly, the Coupe-like Sportback gets 21 inch wheels, sports seats, and styling. There is a 22kWh AC charger, and the matrix LED headlights digital side mirrors all cost extra. Three years of connected plus services such as Google Services are included. Although the interior is largely unchanged, the Q8 e-tron gets Valcona leather and hidden cubby in the fall-down armrest, three stages of brake regeneration, and a one pedal mode, among 6 total driving modes. All in all, the driving feels largely the same. Q8 e-tron is still "Ice Based," a bit of spit and polish, easy to drive and to like.
