Here is the summary of the YouTube video review:

The BMW i4 M50 Gran Coupe has a super long name for a very nice car. This is the first BMW reviewed in this channel.

Under the hood, there is a lot of stuff, especially the thermal management system. This system is sophisticated on paper and should have a very good range, however, the range is not what's expected. The system is simple, but it's simply laid out too far, a surprise, with three coolant circuits interconnected: one for the battery, one for the powertrain, and one for the interior heater.

The lithium-ion battery needs to be kept at a specific temperature; if it is too hot, water pumps circulate the coolant and cool it using a battery chiller, routing the coolant and using refrigerant to supercool it.  For too cold, there is a reroute to the HVAC system with hot refrigerant to heat coolant.

There is a three-way valve for thermal management, which is unusual, and the heat pump system doesn't have a condenser in the front; it uses a liquid-to-liquid condenser instead.
The system has a three-way valve, not many complicated valves.

This vehicle is a performance-oriented one, so the long-term reliability isn't its focus. The vehicle's electric system is not badly designed; however the range is problematic. The overall look of the vehicle is stunning, despite some reservations about the massive kidney grills. The car's suspension adapts between stiff and smooth for daily use. The review concludes that the car is the ultimate driving machine but that the range makes it suffer.
