Video Summary

The Tesla Model 3 Rear-Wheel Drive Highland was driven on a 1000 km challenge. Its battery capacity is 60 kWh. The previous record in the same Tesla Model 3 was 9 hours and 55 minutes. This test was performed in 9 hours and 30 minutes. The new Highland Model 3 has better aerodynamics. The battery temperature stays around 28–30°C. The first charging stop was at a supercharger, with 30% battery remaining.

The efficiency is incredible, consuming only 167 Wh per km. There was wind from the south, a wet road, and it was still efficient. The "sexy button" preheated the battery to 40°C, improving charging speed to 173 kW. This model has the drag coefficient of 0.219. At Varberg, there are Tesla V4 supercharger stalls, which were added to the Tesla charging stations. Tesla offers V4 supercharger stalls with card payments. The last run was at 11% battery. Auto-steer is available.

One con is the lack of stocks. Another con is the phantom brake, but there are many things that this Model 3 Highland has that require a lot of money on other models. A feature called “sexy button” can be used to preheat the battery.

In summary, this Model 3 has incredible performance and the range of Tesla electric vehicles is incredible.
