Video Summary

Here is the requested summary:

The Macan Electric starts at £68,500; the Turbo model costs £97,000 but this particular press car weighs in at £119,000 due to optional upgrades. There is 84 liters of storage up front, plus 480 liters of boot space. The entry-level Macan electric has 540 liters of boot space, which is 60 liters more than the turbo.

All Macan Electrics have a 100-kilowatt hour battery.  The Turbo has a motor over the front axle, plus a motor over the rear axle, giving a total output of 584 horsepower, or 639 horsepower when using launch control, and 1130 Newton meters of torque. The car weighs 2400 kilos, about the same as a G90 M5 saloon.

The Turbo will do a claimed zero to sixty in 3.1 seconds. Claimed maximum range is 367 miles, but in reality, expect more like 270 to 280 miles from the Turbo model.  The interior is nice, with Bang up to date styling, very Taycan-like, or 992-like. There is no denying it is sitting in one of Porsche's brand-new products. The car is easy to get in and out of, due to better design compared to the Taycan. The driving position is wonderful and very Porsche-like, the seats are thin, comfortable and supportive and also provide more legroom.

Interior details: There is no shade surround on the dashboard so reflections on the windscreen can be distracting at night. Both front seats are heated as standard, and the review model tested also had rear climate control. The car had a cooled charging bay for your phone, and all parts felt properly laid out in a Porsche-style way.

Overall, the car drives fantastically well. Some issues: at night there is a strange reflection of the dashboard in the left-hand window, The car has lots of cool stuff that make it feel modern and fast but at what cost given there are entry-level cars?  If the goal is for your kids to laugh then that extra launch control power is great, you would not need it and the basic model would still impress. Rear axle steering also is not necessary in the smaller framed Macan.
