Video Summary

The Toyota bZ4X shares technology with the Subaru Solterra and Lexus RZ. The front design is streamlined and sleek. 18-inch wheels with winter tires are equipped, but 20-inch wheels are optional.

The car is available in front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive versions, with the all-wheel-drive accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in about 7.5 seconds.

Aerodynamic features include air breathers that channel air alongside the wheel arch. The length is in the compact-to-midsize range, similar to a VW ID.4 or a Tesla Model Y.

The recharge flap is in the front with 11-kW AC charging or 150-kW DC maximum. 10%–80% charging state in good condition would take about 30-32 min. Winter conditions slow DC charging, with charge times possibly doubling or tripling.

Toyota offers a warranty that after 10 years or 1,000,000 km, the battery must have at least 70% capacity.
Battery capacity is 71 kWh. Summer range is theoretically 400 km, but during winter it’s less. The front and rear have exaggerated crossover wheel arches. The rear features a futuristic design with wind channeling and prominent taillamps.

The top speed is listed to be 160km/h.

Interior Build quality isn't considered to be great and isn’t super soft in some locations. Standard high-gloss black and other finishes are present. There is no glove box but there is storage beneath a half flying middle console. The entry badge and floor mats are premium. There is fabric covering throughout giving a living room feeling.

A very special steering wheel is available in the future as a yoke steering wheel.
