External differences from the regular iX are minor. It has standard 22-inch wheels, black and bronze accents, and blue brake calipers.The iX M60 sound has been specially designed for this version. The unique sound of the car gives the perception of driving faster, with the different pitch and tones. It has 611 bhp and 811 lb-ft of torque. The electric SUV can hit 62 mph in 3.9 seconds. Despite its 2.5-ton weight, the M60 doesn't run out of power.
For a car that weighs 2.5 tons, the iX M60 has M-tuned air suspension, a wheel slip prevention device, and dampers are tuned to 20% greater stiffness. All of this makes the iX M60 very comfortable to drive.
Although the engineering is exceptionally well done, the reviewer is not convinced that the BMW iX M60 is a true M car.
