The Lucid Air Sapphire is the new performance brand for Lucid. It's distinguished by an extended front splitter. The new paint job is bespoke to the Lucid Air Sapphire, called Sapphire Blue. It features a staggered wheel setup with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires: 265 section front and 295 at the rear, on 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels. The unique, open-design wheels are gloss black with brushed metal and ten-piston Akebono carbon ceramic brakes with blue painted calipers.Vents come off the front wheel arches. There is an aluminum roof to lower the center of gravity. A carbon fiber lip spoiler changes the rear-end design.
The interior features a Mojave design theme with alpaca wool and gray leather, and a suede-wrapped headliner. It includes leather doors with genuine wood trim, heated rear seats, air vents, climate control, and heated rear seats. At 6 feet tall, there's a lot of legroom, but no foot pockets, which reduces thigh support. A contrasting-colored roof is black but is not glass like some other models. The front seats have upper and lower bolsters. The steering wheel is suede-wrapped with a flat bottom. The 34-inch curved display is made of three different screens. The lower screen controls seat settings, climate, and drive modes. The door is equipped with soft-close features and a trigger-style handle. The new three-motor setup features a retuned suspension, tires for grip, and re-tuned front and rear anti-roll bars. It has incredible torque with a top speed of 205 mph. There is individual control for the back axle motor, which helps reduce the understeer.
