The DRL eyebrow on the headlights is a known issue on this model and can fail. For cars made after mid-2017, a DRL failure is an MOT failure. The cost for headlight replacement can be very high.Number plate attachments are often installed poorly by Tesla and may fall off.
Cars may show bubbling around the aluminum front latch. Tesla sometimes will repaint the area to resolve this issue, and sometimes Tesla has refused the work.

It is a good idea to wiggle the wire loom to see if it fixes the issue. Also, inspect the fuse behind the panel.
The door trim on the 2017 Tesla Model S may become loose and the door clips break. A well-known fix for this is a couple of good slams.
Recaro seats have problems with breakage at the back. It is caused when leather is away from the backing and scrubs. Repair options include welding and buying replacement seats, but these are quite expensive.
