Tesla Model S Review Summary: - It has ISOFIX points in the two outer seats, but without plastic guides; they are hidden between the seat cushions. - Top tethers for all three seats are on the seat backs, but hidden behind the fabric. - It can squeeze three child seats in the back. - With two child seats installed, a 162-centimeter adult can sit between them. - Leg room is good. A 180-centimeter passenger can sit in front of a rear-facing child seat. - Headroom in the back is good because of the sunroof; a 180-centimeter passenger would still have enough headroom. - Things are really minimal; there are no handles to hang toys from. Headrests don’t come up or down, so a mirror can't be attached. - Storage in the back is minimal with two pop-out cupholders and tiny handle wells on the doors. - Storage in the front is different; there are no door bins or sunglasses holder. - There is storage in the center console with two bottle holders and a small space for keys or a phone. - Two cup holders are under the armrest. - The glove box is hidden, but can still fit an iPad and wallet. - Opening the boot/trunk from the key fob is easy. - Empty, the boot/trunk will hold 15 shopping bags. A Mountain Buggy Duet twin stroller and five shopping bags can fit. Also, the Britax Flex tandem stroller and seven shopping bags, or a Mountain Buggy Urban Jungle single stroller and nine shopping bags, or the Mountain Buggy Nano compact stroller and 11 shopping bags. - There is additional storage space underneath the boot/trunk floor. - There is another boot in the front of the car, called the "frunk," that can fit two shopping bags. - It is super-fast. - It is quiet; all that can be heard is tires on the road. - It is really smooth, which is excellent for kids. - Almost everything is controlled within the media system. There is no Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. - The car has Spotify. - The media system is intuitive. The map uses Google Maps. - There are gimmicks in the media system like fart mode and Christmas mode. - The reverse camera is clear and can be left on while driving. - It is possible to mute the sensor sounds but still see the distance measurements. - There is no need to stop at fuel stations, and the car can be charged at supermarkets. - It is a beautiful car but has a surprising amount of room for a sedan.
