Video Summary

The 2025 VW ID.4 has an 82-kilowatt hour battery pack. It achieves 263 miles of driving range. It produces 335 horsepower and 402 pound-feet of torque with a dual electric motor setup. The bright blue paint job stands out. Headlights have a sharp design and extend into the grill and Volkswagen logo. There is blacked-out trim on the side and at the bottom. The front end is mostly closed off for aerodynamic efficiency.

The tire and wheel setup in the front is 235 by 45 by 21, and the back is 255 by 40 by 21, making it a staggered setup. It has unpainted fender flares and an all-wheel drive Pro S badge. There are funky electronic door handles.

The side profile is cartoonish due to the large wheels. It has a charge port on the passenger side with fast charging, with a gloss black key fob with lock and unlock buttons. There is also a cargo cover built in from the factory.

The storage space is like many crossovers, but is slightly smaller than a RAV4. It has a light bar that goes to the Volkswagen logo and a small receiver hitch. The black roof ties things together nicely.

The door panel has soft touch and white stitching. It also has a Harmon Kardon sound system with cool trim. The seats have nice perforated trim in the center with gray on the sides.

Legroom in the back is good, with a small storage pocket, vents, heated seats, and USB ports. There are nice reader lights in the rear. The rear does slope, so there is a limited amount of headroom.

Soft touch is on the top and bottom of the door panels. Blind spot monitoring is with the mirrors, which power fold in. The seats in front also have perforated trim and memory function and lumbar support. The steering wheel is manually adjustable.

There are light controls off to the side, and there's nice trim on the dash. Once you get in, the car automatically turns on when your foot is on the brake.

The steering wheel feels nice with soft-touch trim and a VW logo. The car has cruise and volume control, along with practical controls for the center. The turn signal wiper stock is on one side and a column shifter on the other.

The digital gauge cluster shows information like state of charge. It comes with a 360 camera with good resolution, vehicle stability, and auto-hold. The screen is very responsive, and climate controls are built into the bottom section with physical sliders.
Additional soft touch is on the dash and nice trim on the bottom. It is equipped with wireless phone charging pads and USBs with decent storage. It has a panoramic sunroof, but it doesn't open.

The MSRP of this ID.4 AWD Pro S Plus is $59,461. It drives well and handles nice with a good balance.

The interior is also very quiet. Too much is going on with this system. It needs a PHD in Volkswagen UI to operate. Overall, it is a good electric car.
