For driving, it is extremely fast and the range is decent. However, with a weight of around 2,650 kilograms, it handles like an electric sedan and is not agile. In the corners, it locks everything down which is safe, but it lacks adjustability. The steering, while quick, lacks the feel of some competitors.
It may be best to think of the 900 as something new, rather than as a Lotus in the traditional sense, despite some performance drawbacks due to its weight. The car's charging tech is particularly good, at up to 400 kW with an 800-volt architecture. The S or 600 versions should be more fun thanks to having a smaller battery and thus a lower weight.
