The Peugeot e-208 is a small B-segment fully electric city hatchback, a gorgeous car with great design.

It has a 50-kilowatt-hour battery, with 45 usable.

Maximum charging speed is 100-kilowatt hours.

Range is approximately 340 kilometers or 275 at faster speeds.

The top speed is 250 to 252 kilometers per hour.

Zero to 100 kilometers per hour acceleration happens in 8.1 seconds.

This is equivalent to 136 horsepower.

Sizes are nippy, especially in sport mode and good in normal, also great eco drive.

The trim packages available are Active, Allure, GT Line, and GT.

The most expensive version is around 38,000 euros, base package approximately 33,500.

The tested version has the Allure package, which starts at 37,600 euros. This version includes a blue paint option, tinted rear screen, and folding mirrors.

The keys are bulky. The design includes a line on the back. They're neither too light nor too heavy and have a lock/unlock button. Lights can be turned on via the key. The physical key can extend out of the fob.

The car has base LED lights and these could be upgraded. There are no front parking sensors and possibly no front radar in the reviewed version.

Alloys are 16 inches regardless of the package, but designs do vary. The car has 195/55 R16 Continental Winter Contact tires on this car.

Side profile is really elegant and sporty. The spoiler is black.

Tinted windows are also standard in this package.

An "e" logo is in the rear.

There's a rear-backing camera

3D lights are used in the rear.

Has two black tips in the rear as well as black bumpers

There is no percentage available on the charge indicator, but the "1/2" range is marked.

In this review, the regenerative braking didn't activate the brake lights.

You need to use the rear wiper in rain due to water dripping down the rear window.

Limited rear seating. Better for those below 2m tall.

The small steering wheel enables a good view of the hood.

The base model LEDs are OK, but upgrades could enhance them.

Has black arches, and a lion claw themed lighting system.

The car is gorgeous and nippy, especially in sports mode.
