The VW ID Buzz is a Fun Disaster

Video Summary

The VW ID. Buzz looks very cool in the two-tone color option. It is massive; you could almost park the previous version inside. Dealerships are having trouble moving the ID. Buzz. It has really nice materials in the interior. It starts at $60,000, topping out at $70,000. The sound system is Harman Kardon. This model doesn't have electrochromatic glass. Storage options are in the back of the vehicle: storage on back of the seat, captains chairs with arm rests, USB-C charging across the entire vehicle.  The removable console only goes in the front; but with it removed, you can walk into the front of the car. The reviewer doesn’t recommend doing that while driving because the car is really fidgety at low speeds. For example, without seat belt usage, the car will hit the brakes and jerk the driver, with just 10 feet of movement.  Because of being a brand-new electric vehicle, there’s only 238 miles of range. Windows don’t go down unless the car is on. Rear window may have some issue, where it won’t close. That one wasn’t closing before, and it was happening in another ID. Buzz. One nice factor: When in Comfort mode, there’s 98 miles range. In Sport mode, 97 miles range. Traction mode gives 98 miles. You can customize driving preference. Suspension is good. Zero to 60 run: It did it in 5.6 seconds. No storage in front, its sealed for servicing the vehicle. Trunk space is pretty small. If you’re doing 4 people, ton of space in ID. Buzz. Suspension is good; cabin noise is good. Steering wheel leather feels really nice. It just has an interesting feel to it.
