A CHINESE EV LEAPMOTOR C10 FOR £128 A MONTH - A BARGAIN TILL YOU HAVE TO INSURE IT!!!!

Video Summary

The Leap Motor C10 is from China and it is a typical Chinese milk float. Leasing.com sent an advert for this car. The leasing price is only 128 pounds a month, but there is a 1,536-pound initial rental, or 12 months up front. This brings the total lease payments to 3,072 pounds, plus 1,536 pounds up front, making the total price 4,608 pounds over two years.
It looks like other typical milk floats and it doesn't look better from behind, either. Inside, the seats are plastic instead of leather.
It costs 32,750 pounds on the road. The dash and screen look identical to a Tesla. There are two things I don't get about this: why the leasing model works with such high depreciation, and the insurance costs. Compared to insurance on an Alfa Romeo Guilietta, an additional 1300 pounds is required over two years for the electric vehicle. Other vehicles in the same insurance group are Porsche Caymans and Audi RS4s. Overall, China wins but the person loses because the price of insurance is much too high. And so it's not economical. It is completely unsustainable.
