Video Summary

The 2023 Peugeot e-2008 now resembles the rest of the car lineups. The new badge is functional and houses all of the ADAS technology.

Subtle changes include the lion slash lights, which are now three slashes in the LED lights underneath the headlights. The rear lights have been sharpened up, with the lion slashes rotated horizontally and appearing to float.

There's been a change to the 'E' badge; it now has three classic lines.

Boot space remains the same at 434 liters, which is less than rivals, although it's more space than the Mokka Electric. Rear space is unchanged and remains respectable for two people.

GT line trim seats have been upgraded and feel high quality with Alcantara and vegan leather, but they cost extra. GT seats have electric memory and massage functions.

Driver assistance features include adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, extended traffic sign recognition, lane-keeping assist, driver attention alert, and blind spot monitoring.

The interior remains pretty unchanged to the previous generation.

The driver loves the setup of the interior and the piano keys controlling the climate control systems. The touchscreen has been updated to have the same system as in the newer Peugeots and has shortcut buttons.

There's a handy shelf in the front, below the phone charging ports. There's a glove box that the fuse box occupies; therefore, it is too small to use.

The model has a bigger 54 kWh battery (47.7kWh usable), which stretches the range to 250 miles. Standard charging is 7.4kW. The model can be rapidly charged with a maximum of 100kW. This charging capability is a bit behind other brands.

The car feels punchy to drive because it has an additional 20 brake horsepower and handles well in corners. There is only one level of regenerative braking, however, and it has to be turned on with every drive.
